Designation / Title:
Executive Assistant Manager Business Development / Senior Business Development Executive
Location:
Mumbai, India
Objective:
To drive end-to-end sales for IT B2B SaaS products, from lead generation to deal closure. The role focuses on building a strong customer base, achieving revenue targets, and developing long-term client relationships aligned with the companys goals and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies and revenue forecasts for IT B2B SaaS product lines.
- Prepare the annual business plan in coordination with the Sales Manager, focusing on activities to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Understand SaaS pricing models, subscription structures, licensing, and proposal formats.
- Conduct professional business discussions with CXOs, founders, and key decision-makers.
- Identify and develop new B2B prospects, industries, and client segments for SaaS offerings.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through referrals, cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, events, and in-person meetings.
- Support and execute marketing initiatives and lead-generation campaigns.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients and channel/technology partners.
- Collect and share detailed business requirements for pricing, demos, proposals, and implementation planning.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including calls, meetings, demos, proposals, closures, and follow-ups using CRM tools and MS Outlook.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, sales processes, compliance standards, and ethical practices.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience in IT B2B SaaS sales.
- Proven experience in IT B2B SaaS sales is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience in selling software solutions, cloud platforms, or subscription-based.
- Strong background in selling Cybersecurity solutions, Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, or similar enterprise IT solutions.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in B2B environments.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
